NATIONAL WAR MEMORIAL DEDICATED TO THE NATION
The National War Memorial was dedicated to the Nation on 25 Feb 19 by the Hon'ble Prime Minister
Shri Narendra Modi. Located in the heart of the Nation’s capital, next to the iconic India Gate in the central vista of New Delhi, the National War Memorial is a befitting tribute to the martyrs of the country. The Memorial complex includes a central obelisk, an eternal flame, murals representing famous battles, graphic panels and above all, busts of the 21 awardees of Param Veer Chakra and names of 25,942 brave Indian soldiers.
