CANDIDATES MAY UPLOAD THE SAME. IF THEY FAILED TO UPLOAD THE SAME, THEIR CANDIDATURE WILL BE REJECTED AND THEIR CLAIM WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED THEREAFTER IN ANY CASE.
