1. Punjab Police cancels leaves of all cops after Pakistani drones drop weapons in state
: high alert has been sounded in Punjab. After multiple drones flew from across the border to drop arms and ammunition in Punjab to to drop AK-47 rifles, counterfeit currency and narcotics, Punjab Police has canceled the holidays of all its employees.

3. Shiv Sena and BJP will announce the seat-sharing arrangement for the ensuing Maharashtra assembly polls, scheduled for October 21, by Monday. "Shiv Sena will get 128 seats while the BJP will field its candidates on 160 seats. 15 to 18 seats will be given to small alliance partner,"
