India has increased its score in the recent International Intellectual Property (IP) Index released by the US Chamber of Commerce, and it is ranked 44th in 50 countries. 

• In the 5th edition of the index, India's total score has increased significantly from 25 percent (out of 35 to 8. 75), which is 30 percent (5 out of 40) in the 6th edition. 

• The US tops with 37. 98 points, followed by United Kingdom (37. 97) and Sweden (37. 03).

• This hygiene park has been developed in CGO Complex, New Delhi with the aim of creating awareness about various safe technical options.

Policy Commission released a comprehensive health index report titled 'Healthy State, Progressive India' in New Delhi. 

• In this report, states and Union Territories have been kept in different categories based on annual progress on health front and overall performance compared to each other.

• This report was released jointly by Amitabh Kant, Chief Executive Officer of the Policy Institute, Secretary Preeti Sudan in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and on behalf of Junaida Ahmed, country director of the World Bank. 

• The report states that States and Union Territories have been kept in three categories of big and minority territories so that it can easily be compared between the same States and Union Territories. 

• In the report, Kerala, Punjab and Tamil Nadu have been given top position in terms of overall performance in major states, while Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh have been ranked in the top three states in terms of progress on annual level.

• In the case of overall performance, Mizoram has been ranked first in small states, while Manipur is in second place. In the case of progress at the annual level, Manipur was given first place and Goa was ranked second. 

• With the overall performance in the health sector, Lakshadweep's performance in the best performance at the annual level in the state-run exhibition was the best.
