Please read following instructions before filling the application form:

 

1.     Candidate is to read the advertisement carefully and comply with the same at all stages of 

2.     recruitment.

3.     Candidate to make sure that he is eligible to apply for CGCAT-02/2023 batch as 

4.     per the eligibility criterion mentioned in advertisement.

5.     Candidate to read the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and common reasons for rejection 

6.     during document verification.

7.     Candidate to comply with various instructions during filling of online application form.

8.     Candidates to read the guidelines for filling of online application form along with various 

9.     examples to fill name/father’s name/ mother’s name and percentage/marks of the 

10. educational qualifications in online application.

11. The candidate to submit aggregate percentage of educational qualification upto 3 

12. decimal place without rounding off while ‘converting CGPA/ Grades to aggregate 

13. percentage’. E.g. if the aggregate percentage as per conversion formula is 63.3779 then

14.  the candidate has to fill ‘63.377’ only and not ‘63.378’. The responsibility of having 

15. same & correct data in both online application and original marksheet lies with the 

16. candidate such that the candidate has to provide adequate proof to establish the 

17. calculation of his percentage in qualifying examination as per the rules of respective 

18. Board/University/Institution.

19. The date of issue of all uploaded documents (SC/ST/OBC 

20. (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/Marksheets/Education Certificates) has to be on or before the 

21. closing date of online application of Stage-I and the validity of all the documents has to 

22. be at least up to 31 Jan 2023 during document verification.

23. All Documents uploaded must be in Hindi or English. Candidate to upload both original 

24. and English translation of document as one file/document (after merging both documents) 

25. if the document is in any language other than English or Hindi.

26. Candidates are to upload the correct document as directed in the online application 

27. form. Non-upload/ wrong upload/ interchanged upload of the document in online 

28. application will lead to cancellation of candidature.

29. Non-upload/wrong upload/interchanged upload of the additional documents prior 

30. Stage-II will also lead to cancellation of candidature during document verification at Stage-II,

31.  Stage-III, Stage-IV and Stage-V.

32. The candidate must remember his mobile number and e-mail id entered by him during 

33. filling of the online application as the correspondence with the candidate will be through 

34. e-mail id or ICG website only. Post submitting the application, the candidate will see the 

35. e-mail id and mobile number only in encrypted form. No request for retrieving the 

36. e-mail or mobile number will be entertained. If candidate forgets his e-mail id, he will 

37. not be able to log in to his dashboard on ICG website, thereby, he will not be able to 

38. download e-admit cards for various stages of recruitment.

39. Uploading of documents/additional documents is restricted upto downloading of 

40. E-admit card

41.  for Stage-II. No documents can be uploaded by the candidate after downloading 

42. Stage-II E-admit card. Failure of uploading of documents within the time promulgated by 

43. ICG will lead to the cancellation of the candidature of candidate. Any request for uploading

44.  new document after downloading of E-admit card for Stage-II will not be entertained.

45. Uploaded SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS certificate to comply with the instructions 

46. given in the advertisement regarding the format of certificate as per the format for 

47. appointment to the posts under Government of India. If the candidature of SC/ST/OBC 

48. (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS category candidates is cancelled on account of 

49. incorrect category document then the candidate will not be considered against 

50. unreserved vacancy as the candidate has submitted false information.

51. Candidate to re-check their application during preview carefully and submit the application 

52. accordingly.

Note: Non-compliance of above instructions will lead to cancellation of candidature.
